High blood-alcohol level results in DWI charge

A Clarence man has been charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, after Erie County sheriff's deputies accused him of driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.20 percent.

Deputy Robert Kolmetz stopped a vehicle driven by Richard A. Diederich on Main Street in Clarence shortly after 7 p.m. Tuesday.
