Following is a weekly listing of upcoming events of area faith groups held around Niagara County.

PANCAKE SUPPER: Free Shrove Tuesday community supper sponsored by Middleport Methodist men's group and missions committee, 5 to 6:30 p.m. Free. Middleport United Methodist Church, South Vernon and Park Avenue.

Wednesday

LENTEN LUNCHEON: Fay Cleveland, retired Methodist pastor and noted storyteller, will open the 52nd annual community Lenten luncheon series, noon to 1 p.m. $7.50 donation. Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 75 East Ave., Lockport.

LENTEN LUNCHEON: The Rev. William Allegretto of Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph Parish will speak during an ecumenical luncheon series, noon. $5 donation. First Presbyterian Church, 311 First St., Niagara Falls. For information or reservations, call 285-3555.

LENTEN FISH FRY: Fried fish or shrimp, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. $8.50 for adults, $4 for children under 12. St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 2239 West Creek Road, Burt. Call 778-7633 for takeout.

LENTEN FISH FRY: Fried fish or shrimp; 4 to 6:30 p.m. $9 for large orders or $6 for small orders, takeout available. St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 616 Cayuga Drive, Niagara Falls.

FREE CLASS: "Discover Your Spiritual Type," for people of all religious faiths, facilitated by the Rev. Theresa Kime, hospice chaplain and minister at First Unitarian Universalist Church of Niagara. Participants will aim to discover their own spiritual types and practices that suit them best. 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lewiston Public Library, 305 South Eighth St.
