>Teller accused of stealing from Fort Erie bank

FORT ERIE, Ont. -- A Fort Erie bank teller was arrested Wednesday for allegedly stealing money from the bank over several months, Niagara Regional Police said.

Tanya Brown, no age listed, of Fort Erie, was charged with theft of more than $5,000.

Police said Brown stole from the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.

>Arrest made in Olean on rape, other charges

OLEAN -- An Olean man faces rape and other charges, and his victim was a child younger than 13, state police said Wednesday.

Rick E. Miller, 52, was arrested at about 10:20 a.m. Tuesday on North Union Street. Miller was charged with first-degree rape, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident in late January, state police said.
