Canisius men's hockey: Cory Conacher's goal with 11 minutes left in regulation gave the Golden Griffins a 1-1 tie at Holy Cross. Goalie Andrew Loewen made 42 saves. Canisius (1-1-1) and the Crusaders (0-1-0) play today at 4:05 p.m. Niagara men's hockey: Paul Zanette netted the only goal for the Purple Eagles, who dropped a 5-1 decision to visiting St. Lawrence. Niagara (0-2-1) hosts No. 14 Clarkson tonight at 7 p.m.

Niagara women's hockey: Ashley Riggs scored the only NU goal as the winless Purple Eagles (0-5-0) fell, 3-1, at Colgate. They play again today at 3 p.m.

Canisius women's soccer: Two goals by Sylvia Kowalski and single scores by Kelly Reinwald and Rebecca Shupe led the Griffs to a 4-0 victory over St. Peter's. Canisius improves to 9-2-3, 4-1-0 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

Niagara women's soccer: First half goals by Stephanie Gartley and Shaylyn Lawrence were enough for Niagara (10-4-1, 3-2-0 MAAC) to defeat visiting Manhattan (5-6-2), 2-0. Ashleigh Bowers made five saves in goal.

St. Bonaventure soccer: Kevin Mjaatvedt got the Bonnies' only goal in a 4-1 men's loss to Massachusetts. The women managed just four shots in a 4-0 loss to Dayton.

Hilbert soccer: The Hawks swept host Wells. The men won, 3-2, on Karl Bukowecki's game-winner in overtime. The women took a 1-0 victory on Tricia Knight's goal and Mary Zinni's shutout.

Buffalo State men's soccer: Steve Orfanos and Andy Donner (Niagara-Wheatfield) each scored two goals to lead the Bengals to an 8-0 victory over visiting Potsdam.

Buffalo State women's soccer: Ashley Mazurkiewicz (Grand Island), Lindsey Cote and Kelsey Dieter scored in the Bengals' 3-1 win at Potsdam. Buffalo State improves to 8-5-1, 4-2-1 SUNYAC.

Buffalo State men's hockey: Jason Hill scored for the Bengals, who fell, 2-1, to Geneseo in the SUNYAC Classic at Cortland.

St. Bonaventure men's tennis: Leo Mochizuki won at singles and doubles, with Chris Post (Southwestern), to advance to the second round of the Wilson/ITA Tournament at New Haven Conn.

Canisius/St. Bona men's basketball: Tickets for the 157th Canisius-St. Bonaventure game on Nov. 29 at 7 p.m. at HSBC Arena go on sale to the public today at 9 a.m., at the arena box office.
