West Seneca motorist charged with DWI

Erie County sheriff's deputies charged a West Seneca man with driving while intoxicated in the Town of Concord early Monday, after they said he recorded a blood-alcohol level more than twice the legal limit.

Deputy Christian Parisi, responding to a report of reckless operation on Route 219 near Rice Hill Road in Boston, stopped the vehicle on the 219 in Concord at about 12:35 a.m.

Parisi charged Nicholas F. Hernandez, of Collins Avenue, with DWI following the chemical test.
