Paid to run for president

there are 10 sitting members of the House and Senate running for the
Democratic or Republican nomination for president.

These hopefuls are constantly on the run to and from fund-raising dinners and appearances in California, Iowa and New Hampshire.

Congress left town without passing any of the 13 major spending bills.

Should these candidates, including Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., be drawing congressional pay while they're doing this?
