Cambria

The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 8 p.m. Monday in Town Hall, 4160 Upper Mountain Road. The board may vote on a variance for the Niagara County Community College student housing project to be built on a parcel with no road frontage and a special permit allowing a residential use in an educational zone. At 9, or whenever the Zoning Board gets done, the Planning Board will meet to discuss NCCC's subdivision application for the housing project.

Lewiston

The Town Board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in Town Hall, 1375 Ridge Road.

Lockport

The Town Board will meet at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Town Hall, 6560 Dysinger Road, for a work session.

The city Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the Municipal Building, One Locks Plaza. Public hearing on a variance request for an electric sign for Niagara County Federal Credit Union, 260 West Ave.

The town Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Town Hall. Five variance requests on the agenda for public hearings, including two new storage buildings for Southtown Store Center on Robinson Road; a plumbing business on Dysinger Road; a single-family home in an agricultural district on Kinne Road; an accessory building on Lincoln Avenue Extension; and a swimming pool at a Matthew Drive home.

The Common Council will meet at 5 p.m. Wednesday in the Municipal Building for a Committee of the Whole work session.

The Greater Lockport Development Corp. will meet at 7:45 a.m. Thursday in the Municipal Building. There will be discussion of potential bids for Commerce Square, including possible interviews with buyers.

Newfane

The Town Board will meet at 8 p.m. Wednesday in Town Hall, 2876 Transit Road.

Town of Niagara

The Planning Board will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Town Hall, 7105 Lockport Road.

Niagara County

The County Legislature will meet at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday in the Courthouse, Park Avenue and Hawley Street, Lockport. Meeting begins with two public hearings, one on the use of a federal community prosecution grant, the other on an amendment to the county code of ethics pertaining to use of county positions to obtain undue benefits. The regular meeting is expected to include a vote on the nomination of Robert E. Sobon to be the last administrator of Mount View Health Facility.

Niagara Falls

The City Council will hold a work session at 4 p.m. Monday in City Hall, 745 Main St. A regular meeting will follow at 7.

The Niagara Falls School Board will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in the district Annex Building, 606 Sixth St.

North Tonawanda

The Common Council will hold a work session at 5:30 p.m. Tuesdayin City Hall, 216 Payne Ave.

Porter

The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursdayin Town Hall, 3265 Creek Road.

Royalton

The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday in Town Hall, 5316 Royalton Center Road, Middleport.

The Planning Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in Town Hall. The Royalton-Hartland School Board will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Royalton-Hartland High School library-media center on the district's State Street campus.
