The Planning Board will meet at 8 p.m. Monday in Town Hall, 4160 Upper Mountain Road. It might vote on the Niagara County Community College student housing project.

The Village Board will meet at 6 p.m. Monday in Village Hall, 145 N. Fourth St.

The Lewiston-Porter School Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Community Resource Center on the district's Creek Road campus.

The town Planning Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Town Hall, 6560 Dysinger Road. A vote on the site plan for the 139-unit Cedar Creek condominium project off Beattie Avenue is expected, along with a public hearing on a 25-home subdivision on Akron Road. Discussion of a proposed Tops gas station on South Transit Road and several other small-business projects is scheduled.

The Common Council will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Municipal Building, One Locks Plaza.

The School Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the district's administrative offices, 130 Beattie Ave.

The Village Board will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on banning outdoor, wood-burning furnaces, to be followed by the regular board meeting in Village Hall, 24 Main St.

The Industrial Development Agency will hold a public hearing at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Niagara Falls City Hall, 745 Main St., on tax breaks for the proposed Holiday Inn Express on Niagara Falls Boulevard at 101st Street.

The County Legislature Administration and Community Services committees will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Public Safety Training Center, 5574 Niagara St. Extension, Lockport. Joint session on the nomination of Robert E. Sobon as administrator of Mount View Health Facility. The Administration Committee will hold its regular meeting at 6 p.m.

The IDA will hold a public hearing at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the IDA offices, 6311 Inducon Corporate Drive, Wheatfield, on transferring the six years remaining on a property tax break for Summit Wellness Center in Wheatfield to its prospective buyer, Windrose Medical Properties of Toledo, Ohio.

The IDA board will meet at 2 p.m. Thursday in the IDA offices. The board is expected to vote on the Holiday Inn Express and Windrose deals.

The Urban Renewal Agency will meet at 4:30 p.m. Monday in Room 17 in City Hall, 745 Main St.
