>Two teens accused of spray-painting bridge
West Seneca police have arrested two teenagers accused of spray-painting a bridge over Cazenovia Creek at Mill Road Park over the weekend.
Police Officers Donald Driscoll, Michael Poleon and Philip Swift confiscated some nozzles and spray cans after apprehending the two teens on Sunday afternoon.
Michael A. Salisbury, 18, of Seneca Street, West Seneca, was charged with felony criminal mischief, making graffiti and possession of graffiti instruments, Lt. Joel Fallon said.
A 15-year-old boy was petitioned to Family Court.
