Commuting Concerns / Trouble spots for the upcoming week

I-190/Niagara Thruway (Buffalo, Town of Tonawanda, Grand Island): There will be lane restrictions in both directions from Exit 1 (Ogden Street) to Exit 15 (Sheridan Drive) from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Friday. The left lane of the southbound ramp to Exit 9 (Peace Bridge) will be closed all week.

Route 33 (Buffalo): The right lane will be closed from Grider Street to Route 198 from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. Sunday.

Route 198 (Buffalo): The eastbound lanes will be closed from Route 5 (Main Street) to Route 33 from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. Sunday. Detour will be posted.

Route 219 (Boston, Concord): There will be lane restrictions in both directions from Genesee Road to Springville all week.

I-90/Thruway (Buffalo, Hamburg, Ripley, Westfield, West Seneca): The eastbound ramp to Exit 56 (Route 179) will be closed all week. The eastbound right lane between Exit 61 (Shortman Road) to Exit 60 (Westfield) will be closed from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. There will be lane restrictions in both directions from Exit 54 (Route 400) to the Lackawanna toll booth from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Thursday. The eastbound ramp to I-190 northbound will have lane restrictions from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Route 240/Harlem Road (Cheektowaga): There will be lane restrictions in both directions from Genesee Street to Cleveland Drive all week.

Route 391 (Hamburg): There will be lane restrictions in both directions from Newton Road to Route 62 all week.

Route 62 (Hamburg, Collins, Amherst): The road will be closed from Route 39 to Middle Road all week. A detour will be posted. The southbound right lane will be closed from Willow Ridge Drive to I-290 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday and Friday.
