A new recruiting world

Abuses by prep schools have caused a stir in the NCAA men's basketball world, prompting the governing body to create new academic standards for collegiate eligibility. That means attending a year of prep school -- essentially a fifth-year of high school -- to get academics up to par is no longer an option for aspiring college players. One problem: Nobody seems to have explained the rule change to high school players.
