Commuting Concerns / Trouble spots for the upcoming week

I-190/Niagara Thruway (Buffalo): The left lane of the I-190 southbound ramp to Exit 9 at the Peace Bridge and Porter Avenue will be closed all week. There will be lane restrictions northbound and southbound between Exit 9 (Peace Bridge/Porter Avenue) and Exit 14 (Ontario Street) from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. throughout the week. Also, the right lane of the I-190 northbound at Exit 18 (Grand Island Boulevard) will be closed Monday through Friday from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Route 198/Scajaquada Expressway (Buffalo): There will be lane restrictions westbound from Main Street to Grant Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. There also will be lane restrictions along the entire Route 198, from the I-190 to Route 33, on Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Route 33/Kensington Expressway (Buffalo/Cheektowaga): The Grider Street ramp to the 33 westbound will be closed all week. The westbound left lane will be closed from Grider Street to Route 198 through 6 a.m. Monday. The westbound right lane ramp to Route 198 westbound will be closed all week. The eastbound left lane ramp to Route 198 westbound will be closed all week.

I-90/Thruway (Hamburg): There will be lane restrictions in both directions at Exit 57 (Route 75) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. The eastbound ramp to Exit 56 (Route 179) will be closed all week. Detour will be posted.

Tonawanda Creek Road (Clarence): Eastbound and westbound traffic from Route 78 (Transit Road) to Westphalinger Road will be closed all week. Detour will be posted.

Route 219 (Concord): There will be lane restrictions in both directions from Genesee Road to Springville all week.

Route 179/Milestrip Road (Hamburg): The ramp to I-90 eastbound will be closed all week.

Route 62/Niagara Falls Boulevard (Wheatfield/North Tonawanda): Lane restrictions in force for northbound and southbound lanes from Mavis Drive to Forbes Street all week.
