RealtyUSA presented the Ultimate Achievement Award to Diane Shaw, a realtor associate in the company's Lockport office, at its annual awards luncheon. Shaw also received the Top Sales/New Construction Award and is the No. 11 residential agent in the RealtyUSA Buffalo/Niagara Region for 2006.

Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak partner Brian A. MacDonald presented a seminar titled, "How Insurers and Attorneys Can Best Handle Examinations Under Oath for Self Insured Underwriters," at a recently Buffalo Claims Association meeting.

McDonald's named Mary Grace Barry McDonald's 200 6/2 007 East Division Crew Person of the Year. Barry, a 1971 graduate of Brocton Central School, won the award from about 300,000 employees in the eastern third of the United States.

Tastefully Simple, a national taste-testing party company, announced that consultant and team manager Colleen Marx won the "Top Team Sales Achiever Regional Meeting" award at this year's "Create a Buzz" meeting in Rochester.

Conestoga-Rovers and Associates, a full-service environmental engineering firm, named Michael T. Marino associate. Marino joined the company as project engineer in 2003.
