Chakra Communications, a Buffalo print, Web development and graphic communication services provider, named Joe Iannello chief financial officer. Iannello most recently was chief financial officer of the Jewish Community Center and has 30 years of financial and operational experience. He is a University at Buffalo graduate. Also, the agency named Tim Lafferty vice president of sales and marketing, and Terrence J. Sember vice president of Internet and technology services. Lafferty previously was vice president, sales and marketing at Digicon Imaging. He is also a UB graduate. Sember previously owned and operated two businesses in Western New York and has more than 15 years experience in management. He co-authored "The Essential Supervisor's Handbook" from Career Press. The firm also appointed Michael Reynolds account executive for Buffalo operations. A graduate of Yale University, Reynolds previously worked at Quinlan and Co. Advertising Agency, where he was one of the founding employees.

KeyBank promoted Lynn A. Wilson to assistant vice president for commercial real estate in the bank's Western New York and Rochester Districts. Wilson joined the bank in 1991 as a loan officer in commercial banking and most recently served as portfolio analyst. Previously, she held numerous positions at Empire of America Federal Savings Bank. Wilson earned a bachelor's degree in business administration at the University at Buffalo.

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center directors elected Don J. King chairman and James C. Roscetti vice chairman for 2007. King, a medical center trustee since 1985, is chairman of the Polly King Art Gallery. Roscetti is an attorney with Roscetti and DeCastro, a Niagara Falls law firm. Other officers: Secretary, Cynthia Bianco, deputy superintendent of schools for the Niagara Falls Board of Education, and treasurer, Charles G. Rader, chief executive officer of IsleChem. Directors: Robert L. Bradley Jr., Niagara Falls City School District; Ronald R. Campbell, Washington Mills Electro Minerals Corp.; and Stephanie Williams Cowart, Niagara Falls Housing Authority.

Lumsden and McCormick, certified public accountants, promoted Nicholas J. Dukat and Daria Shanchuk to senior accountant. Dukat and Shanchuk serve in the firm's Auditing and Accounting Department providing services to commercial businesses, nonprofit organizations and governmental entities. Both hold master's degrees in professional accounting from Canisius College.

Time Warner Cable appointed Robin L. Wolfgang vice president of public and government affairs in the Buffalo Division. Wolfgang previously worked for Rep. John McHugh, R-Watertown, in Washington, and for ABC News, Ruder Finn Global Public Relations, Sylvan Learning Systems, Planet Hollywood International and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. She graduated from Emory University and holds a master's in communications and journalism from American University.

Praxair Inc., an industrial gases company named Brian McKie director of operations reliability and Joe Couche director of standard plant operations in the company's North American Industrial Gases (NAIG) organization at the Technology Center in Tonawanda. McKie joined the company in 1983 and most recently was director of standard plant operations. He attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Couche, who joined the company in 1982, most recently served as director of Six Sigma deployment for NAIG. He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo.
