Daniel E. Burrows, comedian Jan. 22, 1965 -- Dec. 28, 2006

Services for Daniel E. Burrows of Buffalo, a stand-up comedian, will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday in Kolano Funeral Home, 396 Amherst St.

Mr. Burrows died after being stricken while visiting a friend's Grand Island home Thursday. He was 43.

Known onstage as "The King of Dysfunction," he had been scheduled to perform Friday in Mr. Denny's on Ontario Street.

Born in Minnesota, Mr. Burrows attended Riverside High School, and later earned his general equivalency diploma.

He held a certificate for graduating from comedy school.

Survivors include two sons, Daniel and Dustin; his mother, Jeanne; two sisters, Mary McKeown and Barbara Tyler; a brother, Bill; and a special friend, Connie Grieco.
