Roy Lee Bright, businessman, entrepreneur and active Mason, died Sunday in his Pendleton home. He was 68.
Born in Buffalo, Mr. Bright was the owner of RoBright Furniture during the 1970s and Bright's Associates in the 1980s. For the past 15 years, he worked with his son, Daniel, at Bright's Systems & Mechanical Services as a project manager.
Mr. Bright was a member of the Modestia, Concordia and Washington lodges, Free & Accepted Masons, for more than 40 years and served as the master of Modestia Lodge in 1975.
He was also a member of Ismailia Shrine, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Twin City Shooting Club and Twin Cities Camera Club.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, the former Jean Seiser; two sons, Roy A. and Daniel; and two sisters, Loretta Brown and Lauriene.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturday in Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 5441 Tonawanda Creek Road.
