Florence J. Greaser, who worked as a secretary for Merrill Lynch, died Sunday in Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, after a brief illness. She was 80.
Born Florence Juda in Niagara Falls, she was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School.
Before joining Merrill Lynch, Mrs. Greaser worked as a secretary for Du Pont Co., Union Carbide Corp. and Goodbody & Co.
She also was a volunteer at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for many years.
Mrs. Greaser was a member of St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church, where she also served as a Eucharistic minister. She was a 35-year member of the Red Cross and a member of St. Stanislaus Parish Council, Echo Club and Bishop Duffy's Mothers Club.
Survivors include her husband, Elmer R.; a son, Richard D.; and a brother, Henry J. Juda.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:45 a.m. Friday in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 24th and Niagara streets, after prayers at 11:30 in Zajac Funeral Home, 319 24th St.
