Felicia "Phil" Passalacqua of Lewiston, a former Niagara Falls restaurant and hotel owner, died Sunday in Our Lady of Peace Skilled Nursing Facility after a brief illness. She was 92.
Born Felicia Calabro, she was born and raised in Rochester and moved to Niagara Falls with her husband, Richard, in 1948.
From the mid-1950s through the mid-1970s, she and her husband owned and operated Ricardo's Restaurant and Riviera Motel.
She was a former member of the Century Club in Niagara Falls and enjoyed cooking, baking and crocheting.
In addition to her husband of 66 years, she is survived by a son, John; two daughters, Candida Gueli and Frances Mizzocchi; and a sister, Tina Brice.
Prayers will be said at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday in M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 in St. Peter Catholic Church, 620 Center St.
