Arthur E. Homewood of West Seneca died Thursday in Millard Fillmore Hospital after a long illness. He was 90.
Born in Niagara Falls, he was a graduate of South Park High School and served in the Army Air Forces during World War II in Asia and the Pacific.
Mr. Homewood worked in the blending plant at Pillsbury Mills for more than 42 years. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Holy Name Society and was active in Local 36, American Federation Grain Millers.
His wife, the former Mary E. Hoczman, predeceased him.
Survivors include a daughter, Virginia M.; two sons, Michael G. and Arthur W.; two sisters, Helen and Julia; and a brother, Daniel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 450 Abbott Road, following prayers at 8:45 in Quinn-Amigone Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 192 Abbott Road.
