JM Enterprises of Holland, a blacktop and paving company owned by Joe Tudor, is not connected to J&M Enterprises, a paving company once owned by James D. Vaccaro, formerly of Grand Island. On Wednesday The News reported that Vaccaro was sentenced to 120 days in jail and ordered to pay $37,500 in back support to his wife and children.
