Daniel A. Mook Sr., of Lancaster, died Friday in the Center for Hospice & Palliative Care, Cheektowaga, after a long illness. He was 32.
Born in Arizona, Mr. Mook was a lifelong resident of the Buffalo area, graduating from Kensington High School.
He worked as a medical laboratory technician in the Air Force as well as at Roswell Park Cancer Institute after earning a certificate in that field while serving in the military.
He is survived by his wife, the former Jennifer Smith; a daughter, Tora Williams; two sons, Daniel A. Jr. and Anthony; his mother, Jeannine Giorgini; a sister, Melanie Lake; and three brothers, David, Alan and Dallas Champagne.
A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday in First Love Church, 3144 George Urban Blvd., Depew.
