Kathleen F. Scribner of Cheektowaga, a longtime hairstylist, died Monday at home. She was 83.
Born Kathleen Pesany in Buffalo, she graduated from the International Institute of Buffalo and worked for more than 50 years at AM&A's and the Bon-Ton, winning several awards.
A world traveler, she made several trips to Europe with her husband, Arthur. He died in 1998.
Survivors include three sisters, Terese Prigg, Elizabeth Murello and Henriette Scribner, and a brother, Stephen Pesany.
A memorial Mass will be offered at 11 a.m. Saturday in Infant of Prague Catholic Church, 921 Cleveland Drive, Cheektowaga.
