Services for Rena Robinson of Buffalo, an active churchwoman, will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Lighthouse Gospel Tabernacle, 883 Sycamore St.
She died Sunday in Harbor Health Care Center after a lengthy illness. She was 80.
Born Rena Dixon in St. Paul, N.C., the second-oldest of 11 children, she attended high school there and moved to Buffalo in the late 1940s. She was a production worker for Paper Tubes and Bird's Eye cannery.
She was active in Holy Temple Church of God in Christ and was one of the founding members of Deliverance Church of God in Christ. In recent years, she devoted her energies to Lighthouse Gospel Tabernacle.
Her husband, Eli, died in 1983.
Survivors include a son, Jimmie; two daughters, Joann Ferguson and Diane Washington; four sisters, Mary Lewis, Irene McMillon, Margaret Dixon and Jean Dixon; and two brothers, John W. Dixon Jr. and Walter Dixon.
