Margaret I. "Meg" Wolf of Amherst, a retired executive secretary, died Wednesday in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, Amherst. She was 85.
Born Margaret Steele in Richmond, Va., she was a graduate of Kenmore High School and attended business school. She worked as an executive secretary at National Gypsum and the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, from which she retired in 1985.
A former Girl Scout leader, she was active in Amherst Community Church and other community organizations. She also was an avid bridge player.
Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Robert E.; a daughter, Christine; and two sons, Robert J. and David.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Amherst Community Church, 77 Washington Highway.
