Joan V. Law of Medina, a former elections inspector, died Wednesday in Medina Memorial Health Care System. She was 75.
Born Joan Voorhees in Medina, she was a graduate of Medina High School and attended Bryant & Stratton.
She worked for a short time for Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. until marrying John Law in 1951.
Mrs. Law was a local elections inspector for more than 25 years and a former member of the Medina Mustang Band Boosters.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Marc E. of Medina, and a daughter, Maureen Effingham of Huntington, W.Va.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. today in Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St. Burial will be in Millville Cemetery.
