A memorial Mass for Chester L. "Lou" Partridge, a tile setter, will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 71 Adam St., City of Tonawanda.
The City of Tonawanda resident died unexpectedly Saturday in Buffalo General Hospital. He was 43.
Born in Buffalo, he graduated from Airco Technical School for Welding. He formerly owned Park Pizza in Riverside and at one time owned another pizzeria in Watertown.
Mr. Patridge was in food service in San Francisco and in the tile business in Phoenix and Colorado before returning to Tonawanda about six months ago to join his brother John's tile-setting business.
He was a sports fan and particularly liked horse racing.
Surviving, besides his brother, a City of Tonawanda resident, are two sons, Shawn and Jacob, both of Watertown; his stepfather, Charles Miniclier of the City of Tonawanda; and four sisters, Madonna O'Dell of Oak Harbor, Wash., Cheryl Lucas of the Town of Tonawanda, Katherine Fox of the City of Tonawanda and Jacqueline of Lakewood, Colo.
