WIN CASH: The 33 schools which have students who play in the Greater Buffalo Youth Orchestra will compete for a $2,000 prize for best attendance at Tuesday's concert of the GBYO and the Buffalo Philharmonic at Kleinhans Music Hall. Schools will compete for $500 awards for best banner. The concert is free; tickets are required for admission.
VOLUNTEER: High school students with an interest in natural science might want to check out the training session offered this Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to noon for volunteers at the Hamburg Natural History Society's Penn-Dixie site in Hamburg. ARTS FESTIVAL: The art festival of the Buffalo Independent Secondary School Network will be held at 6 p.m. next Wednesday and March 30 at St. Francis High School in Athol Springs.
