Banco Macro Bansud S.A. - Buenos Aires, Argentina, 9.4 million American depositary shares, priced at $19.25, managed by UBS Financial and Raymond James. Proposed NYSE symbol BMA. Business: Commercial bank providing retail, business, and internet banking.


Clayton Holdings Inc. - Shelton, Conn., 6.3 million shares, priced $15 to $17, managed by William Blair and Piper Jaffray. Proposed Nasdaq symbol CLAY. Business: Provider of services for buyers and sellers of, and investors in mortgage related loans, securities, and other debt instruments.


Global Traffic Network Inc. - Las Vegas, Nev., 3.4 million shares, priced $5.50 to $6.50, managed by Feltl and Co. Proposed Nasdaq symbol GNET. Business: Provides customized traffic and news reports to radio and television stations in Australia, and traffic reports to radio stations in Canada.


Nextest Systems Corp. - San Jose, Calif., 5.4 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by Merrill Lynch. Proposed Nasdaq symbol NEXT. Business: Designs, develops, and manufactures, low-cost automated test equipment systems, or ATE, for the semiconductor industry.


Tim Hortons Inc. - Oakville, Ontario, Canada, 29 million shares, priced $18 to $20, managed by Goldman Sachs and RBC Capital Markets. Proposed NYSE symbol THI. Business: The largest quick service doughnut chain in Canada.
