Lauretta M. Connelly of Buffalo, a retired federal employee, died Tuesday in Nazareth Nursing Home after a short illness. She was 90.
A lifelong Buffalo resident, Miss Connelly graduated from Mount St. Joseph's Academy and Hurst Business School. For many years until her retirement, she worked for the federal government, including the Navy during World War II.
A member of the Gray Ladies Association of the American Red Cross and the Jewish Community Center, she also liked to travel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. today in St. Louis Catholic Church, Main and Virginia streets. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Lackawanna.
