Charlotte Korczynski, of Cheektowaga, died Monday in St. Joseph Hospital, Cheektowaga, after a lengthy illness. She was 88.
A Buffalo native, she graduated from St. John Kanty School. She was a homemaker whose life revolved around her family.
Her husband of 43 years, Chester, died in 1978.
Survivors include three sons, Richard, Ronald and Chester, all of Cheektowaga; six daughters, Dorothy Urbaniak of the Town of Tonawanda, Janice Korczynski of Seneca Falls, Judy Ulm of Williamsville, Doris Pijanowski of Cheektowaga, Nancy Cooper of Liberty and Rosanne Stenz of Katonah; 32 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was offered today in St. Agnes Catholic Church. Burial was in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Cheektowaga.
