Laurane Mohring, a retired furniture store employee, died Sunday in DeGraff Memorial Hospital, North Tonawanda, after a brief illness. She was 82.
The former Laurane Momberger, a native of Crystal Beach, Ont., moved here as a high school student and later worked at Wayside Furniture on Grand Island.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Daniel F. of Grand Island; three daughters, Dayl Nusstein of Sardinia, Lynn Yensan of Grand Island and
Denise Claps of Niagara Falls; two brothers, Richard Momberger of Crystal Beach and Edwin Momberger of Houston; and five grandchildren.
A service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Kaiser Funeral Home, 1950 Whitehaven Road, Grand Island. Burial will be at Acacia Park Cemetery, Pendleton.
