Mary Ann Bulow, an aide for the Perry Central Schools, died Thursday at her daughter's home in Perry after a long illness. She was 50.
Ms. Bulow was born in Warsaw.
As a young woman, she worked in her family's business, the Bulow Family Store, and the family's dry cleaning shop. Later, she was a secretary for a Castile chiropractor. She then worked as an aide in elementary, middle and high schools for Perry Central Schools.
She had an associate's degree from Genesee Community College.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Perry.
Survivors include her companion of 24 years, Ike Robinson; a daughter, Crystal Emasie of Perry; a stepson, Carl Robinson of Perry; two stepdaughters, Dawn Smith of Nunda and Lori Prouty of Dansville; three brothers, Bill Jacques of Florida, Danford Jacques of North Carolina and Faye C. Bulow of Perry; a grandchild; six step-grandchildren and one step great-grandchild.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in First United Methodist Church, 35 Covington St. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery.
