FISH FRY dinners will be served from 4 to 8 p.m. todayin the St. John Vianney Parish school cafeteria at 2950 Southwestern Blvd. in Orchard Park. An adult fish fry will be $8. A special children's dinner will cost $5. It includes chicken fingers, fries, dessert and beverage. Msgr. William Gallagher, pastor, said the dinner is open to the public and no reservations are needed.


FOR TEDDY BEARS -- D'Youville College nursing students will hold a Teddy Bear Clinic for "sick" bears at the West Side Community Services Center, 161 Vermont St., from 3 to 5 p.m. March 20.

Thirty students from the Student Nurses Association will use the clinic to teach 75 children what happens in a doctor's office and during a hospital visit. There will be a preregistration at the center to determine the number of children wishing to attend. The clinic will be open to children attending the center. For information, call 829-7845.

MILITARY NOTE -- Staff Sgt. Adam E. Carabello, a 1995 graduate of West Seneca East Senior High School, has re-enlisted in the Army for six years after completing nine years of military service.

Carabello, a telecommunications operator maintainer, is stationed at Fort Campbell, Ky. He is the son of Nelson and Cynthia Carabello of Cheektowaga.
