The Town Board will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Monday on a proposal to amend its sex offender residency requirements to prohibit convicted child sex offenders from living within 1,500 feet of community centers, teen facilities, dance halls and skating rinks. The board also will conduct hearings at 6:30 p.m. on the rezoning of 1289 Walden Ave. and 3529 Broadway from light manufacturing to general manufacturing. The hearings will take place during the board's regular meeting in the council chambers in Town Hall, 3301 Broadway at Union Road.
