ElderWood Senior Care, an Amherst health care facility, named Carla Suero vice president of administration. Suero, a state-licensed skilled nursing home administrator, joined the organization in 1994. Most recently, she was director of assisted living operations.

Leonard and Co., a financial services firm, named Ward Caldbick a producing representative in the company's University Wealth Management office in Amherst. Previously, Caldbick was vice president of investments at McDonald Investments.

The Compass Group of Upstate New York, a general firm of New England Financial, named Daniel Teal New Associate of the Year. The award is given annually to a new associate who signifies overall outstanding performance. Teal also qualified as a member of the company's Leaders Association, a program for top producers and achieved membership in the insurance industry's Million Dollar Round Table.

Dopkins and Co. Medical Solutions manager Tina F. MacDonald and consultant and medical biller Beverly J. Hartl, earned certified compliance professional designation from the Healthcare Fraud and Abuse Compliance Institute.

RMI Promotions Group, a Clarence food promotions and event service provider, retained Magic Marketing of Wilson to provide publicity and public relations services for the National Hamburger Festival, to be held Aug. 12 and 13 in Akron, Ohio and the National Buffalo Wing Festival, held Labor Day at Buffalo's Dunn Tire Park.

Windsong Radiology Group has added Selenia digital mammography from Hologic to the diagnostic services it provides to women and the early detection of breast cancer. Digital mammography uses a special detector to capture and convert X-ray energy into a digital image, resulting in immediate availability to the radiologist for diagnosis.
