Ruby Lang, a retired Harrison Radiator worker, died Monday in St. Joseph Hospital, Cheektowaga, after a brief illness. She was 86.
Born Ruby Truesdale in Lancaster, S.C., she moved to Buffalo as a teenager.
She worked on the assembly line of General Motors' Harrison Radiator Division for 30 years, retiring in the 1980s.
Mrs. Lang was a member of St. Luke African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church.
Survivors include her husband, James; four stepsons, Pernel of Newark, Frankie of Newburgh, James E. of Buffalo and Robert of Orange, N.J.; and a sister, Annie Lathan of Charlotte, N.C.
Services will be at noon Wednesday in St. Luke Church, 314 E. Ferry St. Burial will be in Forest Lawn.
