Elaine Roberson, a former medical secretary, died Saturday in Buffalo General Hospital after a long illness. She was 57.
Born Elaine Harrison in Buffalo, she graduated from East High School.
She was a customer service representative at Niagara
Mohawk Power Corp. for about 10 years starting in the early 1970s. In the 1980s, she was a medical secretary at Geneva B. Scruggs Health Center for about five years.
Mrs. Roberson was a member of Grace Tabernacle Church and the National Kidney Foundation of Western New York.
Surviving are her husband of 23 years, Nathaniel; two sons, Marlon Reid of Frisco, Texas, and Rashon of Buffalo; a sister, Loretta, and two brothers, Laurence and James, all of Buffalo; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Grace Tabernacle Church, 539 William St. Burial will be in Forest Lawn.
