The Buffalo law firm of Lipsitz, Green, Fahringer, Roll, Salisbury and Cambria named Jeffrey F. Reina a senior partner and Michael S. Deal a partner. Reina joined the firm in 1998 as a law clerk and is currently a member of its Corporate Department. He is a graduate of Canisius College and the University of Buffalo School of Law. Deal is a member of the firm's Criminal Department. Previous to joining the firm in 2001 as an associate, Deal was an assistant county prosecutor in the Adult Division of the Allen County Prosecutor's Office in Lima, Ohio.

Lafarge North America, a construction material provider, named Martin L. Segarra general manager of its Western New York Concrete Division. Formerly executive vice president for Pine Hill Materials, Martin has 37 years experience in the concrete industry. He has been with the company since 2001.

Garrett Leather, a Buffalo-headquartered wholesale distributor of Italian upholstery leather, appointed Robert Conti operations manager. Conti previously was with Spinneybeck for 18 years.

Xubrio Group, an advertising, marketing and public relations firm, has introduced a new model for public relations service. The Buffalo-based firm will draft and publish press releases for a fixed price on a per-release basis rather than contracting for a long-term retainer fee.

One Source Marketing, a sales promotion, marketing, event management and specialty and premium item merchandiser in West Falls, was awarded Woman-Owned Business status by the New York State Empire Development Agency.

People Inc., a Western New York human services agency, leased additional office space at 3131 Sheridan Drive in Amherst for its Service Coordination and Behavioral Support Departments. In addition to its 280 Spindrift Drive location in Williamsville, the agency's headquarters remains at 1219 North Forest Road in Williamsville and the 976 Delaware Ave. location in Buffalo will remain open as an employee training center.

JC Penney Portraits recently completed remodeling of its studio at the Boulevard Mall location.
