Services for Marjorie Murdock, a self-employed piano teacher and longtime resident of Grand Island, will be Friday in Danville, Ky.
Mrs. Murdock died Sunday in a Harrodsburg, Ky., hospital after a lengthy illness. She was 76.
Born Marjorie Mullins in Danville, she had lived on Grand Island from the 1950s until about 1990. She attended a local Episcopal church and was a member of a garden club.
Mrs. Murdock returned to Kentucky after her husband, Robert, died in 1988.
Surviving are a son, John of Virginia Beach, Va.; a daughter, Karen Midura of Kenmore; and a granddaughter.
