The Town Board will meet in a work session at 2 p.m. Monday in Town Hall, 6560 Dysinger Road.

* The city Planning Board will meet at 5 p.m. Monday in the Municipal Building, One Locks Plaza. The board will hear a request by John P. Hinton to open a land surveying business in his East Avenue home.

The Town Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in Town Hall.
The Common Council will meet at 5 p.m. Wednesday in the Municipal Building for a Committee of the Whole work session.
The School Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the district's Administrative Building, 130 Beattie Ave.

The Town Board will meet in a work session at 7 p.m. Thursday in Town Hall, 7105 Lockport Road.

>Niagara County

The County Legislature will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Courthouse, Park Avenue and Hawley Street, Lockport. The Legislature will consider the 2006 capital budget of major projects and purchases and a renewal of the county's contract with a Washington, D.C., lobbying firm to work on behalf of projects at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station.

* The Industrial Development Agency will hold public hearings Wednesday. Aid for the purchase and renovation of two Niagara Falls hotels, the former Days Inn and Clarion Inn on the River, will be held at 3:30 and 3:45 p.m. in Niagara Falls City Hall, 745 Main St. A tax break for the move of Synergy Tooling to a new plant is set for 4:30 p.m. in North Tonawanda City Hall, 216 Payne Ave.

* The IDA board will meet at 3 p.m. Thursday in the IDA offices, 6311 Inducon Corporate Drive, Wheatfield. Action is expected on the projects discussed in the Wednesday hearings.

The Planning Board will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday in Council Chambers at City Hall, 745 Main St.

* The Human Rights Commission will hold interviews at 4 p.m. Thursday in the Council of the Whole Room at City Hall.

* The School Board will hold a program review meeting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday in the district's Annex Building, 606 Sixth St.

The Planning Board will hold its regular meeting at 6:30 p.m., and the Zoning Board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in City Hall, 216 Payne Ave.
