Frederick E. Hall Sr., a Buffalo resident and former General Motors employee, died Tuesday in Buffalo General Hospital after a long illness. He was 62.
Born in Anniston, Ala., Mr. Hall attended Cobb High School. He came to Buffalo in the mid-1960s and worked as a laborer with General Motors Corp. from 1965 to 1989, when he retired.
He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Massey; a daughter, Tracy M. Holt of Buffalo; a son, Frederick Jr. of California; two sisters, Tommie Harris and
Frankie Mae Noel, both of Anniston; five brothers, Walter of Grand Island, Marvin, James and Clarence E., all of Anniston, and Bobbie Lee Williams of Bessemer, Ala.; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Services will be at noon Monday in Antioch Baptist Church, 1327 Fillmore Ave., after a wake at 11 a.m.
