Olga S. Kubarek May 4, 1921 -- Dec. 26, 2005

Olga S. Kubarek, a Town of Tonawanda homemaker, died Monday in Kenmore Mercy Hospital, Town of Tonawanda, after a brief illness. She was 84.

Born Olga Rybus in Niagara Falls, she had lived in Cheektowaga and in Depew before moving to the Town of Tonawanda six years ago.

Mrs. Kubarek was a member of St. Florian Catholic Church, Buffalo.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Matthew J. of the Town of Tonawanda; two daughters, Patricia Zbieszkowski of the City of Tonawanda and Marsha of the Town of Tonawanda; a foster daughter, Betty Choate of New Brunswick; a son, Michael of Carlisle, Pa.; a brother, Edward Rybus of Cheektowaga; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in John O. Roth Funeral Home, 25 William St., City of Tonawanda. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Cheektowaga.
