A memorial service for Josephine S. Hines of Buffalo, a homemaker, will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday in First Centennial Missionary Baptist Church, 273 High St.
Mrs. Hines died Saturday in Waterfront Health Care Center after a long illness. She was 80.
She was born in Buffalo and lived in the city all her life, except from 1954 to 1959, when she lived in Chicago.
Mrs. Hines graduated from Hutchinson-Central High School. She enjoyed reading.
Her husband, Edward, died in 1972.
Survivors include two sisters, Marda Walker and Bonnie
Gaskin, both of Grand Island, and two brothers, Charles Scott of Grand Island and James Scott of Henrietta.
