First Niagara Bank promoted Robert J. Ganson to assistant vice president, real estate manager. Ganson, a Canisius College graduate, joined the bank in 2002.

Maintenance and Management Associates, an Amherst-based janitorial and building maintenance contractor, named Kay Eberwein project manager. Eberwein has more than 10 years of building services industry management experience.

The Buffalo accounting firm of Lumsden and McCormick named Mark E. Klinger manager in the firm's Tax Department. Klinger, a CPA, has nearly 10 years of public accounting experience. He is a graduate from Alfred State University.

OtherWisz Creative Corporation, a graphic design firm specializing in identity design and Web site development, designed the 2006 fund-raising catalog for Fowler's Chocolates. Fowler's has been making chocolates and candies in Buffalo since 1910.
