BASEBALL: West Seneca Youth Baseball Association will hold registration for boys ages 5-18 on Jan. 7 and 8 (1 to 4 p.m.) and Jan. 9 (5 to 8 p.m.) at the Kiwanis Youth Center, 50 Legion Parkway.
BASKETBALL: Teams are needed for the Buffalo Police Athletic League Winter Basketball League that starts Jan. 7. Boys and girls divisions: 12-under ($125 fee), 15-under ($150) and 17-under ($150). RACQUETBALL: Western New York Racquetball Association Junior Development Program for ages 10-18 will begin its winter session on Jan. 21. Lessons will be held from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Buffalo Athletic Club, 1185 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst. The session consists of six two-hours lessons and several tournament opportunities.
