Robin R. Adamczyk Sept., 19, 1956 -- Dec. 5, 2005

Robin R. Adamczyk, a teacher in the Westminster Early Childhood Program, died Monday at her Buffalo home after a battle with breast cancer. She was 49.

Born Robin DeLisle in Buffalo, she graduated from Kenmore West High School. She was away from the area from 1976 to 1982, living in Maryland, California and Illinois while her husband was in the military.

Mrs. Adamczyk had taught at Westminster Presbyterian Church from 1985 to this year.

Her husband, Mark E., died in 1991.

Survivors include three sons, Joshua of Fayetteville, N.C., and Jeremiah and Noah, both of Buffalo; her parents, Peter and Noreen DeLisle of Kenmore; three sisters, Linda DeLisle of Kenmore, Kelly DeLisle of Naples, Fla., and Jamie Adamczyk of the Town of Tonawanda; and two grandsons.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. today in Westminster Presbyterian Church, 724 Delaware Ave.
