David T. Agosti Jr. of Lakeland, Fla., a former nurse at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital and Rochester Psychiatric Center, died Sunday of pulmonary disease in Good Shepherd Hospice, Auburndale, Fla. He was 52.
A native of Buffalo, he lived most of his life in and around the Town of Tonawanda. He graduated from Kenmore East High School and Millard Fillmore School of Nursing.
He moved to Florida in 2000.
Mr. Agosti was passionate about sports, particularly college basketball and horse racing.
Surviving are his wife, Sherri; his mother, Anny Terrio of Seminole, Fla.; a brother, Thomas of the Town of Tonawanda; and two stepsons, Michael Harmon of Roanoke, Va., and Matthew Harmon of Lakeland.
Services were held Tuesday in Lakeland.
