NIAGARA FALLS -- Catherine "Kay" DiPasquale died Tuesday in Schoellkopf Health Care Facility after suffering a stroke four months ago. She was 85.
Born in Lockport, she attended schools there and moved to Niagara Falls after she married her husband, Thomas, in 1945.
Mrs. DiPasquale worked at Moore Business Forms during the 1950s.
She loved playing cards, especially at Niagara Falls Senior Center, where she also entertained, serving homemade desserts.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Thomas of Rochester; two sisters, Antoinette Porretta of Lockport and Martha Minniti of California; and two grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Friday in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 5604 Lindbergh Ave. Entombment will be in White Haven Memorial Park, Pittsford.
