Emory Brown of Refreshing Springs Missionary Alliance at 2 p.m. Saturday in Delaware Avenue Baptist Church. A reception was given in the Golden Ballroom in Statler Towers. Parents of the bride are Bruce and Roseanne Kinyon of East Amherst and Anne and William Short of Erie, Pa. The bridegroom's parents are Mark and Liz Frederick of Jamestown and Alice Frederick of Kenmore. The couple are graduates of UB School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She is a graduate of Williamsville North High School and Case Western Reserve University. He is a graduate of Kenmore West High School and University of Rochester. They will be at home in Buffalo after traveling to Jamaica.

En route to the Cayman Islands are Patrick M. Reardon and his bride, Amy A. Marzec, who were married at 2 p.m. Saturday in Zion Lutheran Church, Clarence. The Rev. Stephen C. Biegner performed the ceremony for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David W. Marzec of Lancaster and the son of William Reardon of Lancaster and Karen Reardon-Juliano of Depew. A reception was given in SS. Cyril and Methody Macedonian Orthodox Church hall for the newly married couple, who will live in Lancaster. The bride teaches science in Lancaster Central School District and the bridegroom is a construction worker with Iroquois Fence Co. Graduates of Depew High School, she is a graduate of University at Buffalo with a master's degree in education from D'Youville College and he is a graduate of Alfred State College of Technology.

Julie M. Bodziak, daughter of Diane and East Aurora Schools Superintendent James C. Bodziak of Orchard Park, and Jeff D. Crandell were married at 2 p.m. Saturday in Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church, Orchard Park, by the Rev. Lawrence M. Milby. A reception was given in Hearthstone Manor. The bride is a sixth-grade language arts and social studies teacher employed with Central Middle School in Edgewater, Md. She is a graduate of Orchard Park Central High School and Fredonia State College and is pursuing a master's degree in curriculum and instruction at McDaniel College. The bridegroom, son of Sidney and Judy Crandell of Lothian, Md., is a graduate of Southern High School, Lothian, and Xavier University. He is self-employed with Scapes Inc. landscaping. After a trip to St. Lucia, the couple will live in Edgewater.

Devie Ellis heard their exchange of nuptial vows. A reception was given in Ellicott Creek Banquet Hall for the newly married couple, who will make their home in North Tonawanda after taking a Caribbean cruise. The bride is the daughter of Norman and Marley Anderson of North Tonawanda and Joel James of Buffalo. The bridegroom is the son of Frederick and Mary Ann Bozek, also of North Tonawanda. A substitute teacher in Tonawanda City School District, the bride is a graduate of Buffalo State College, where she is pursuing a master's degree in earth science education. The bridegroom is a graduate of Buffalo State and is a debt specialist with Account Solutions Group.
