A reception was given in Lockport Town and Country Club after Julie L. Mandaville and Michael J. Schmidt exchanged marriage vows at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Paul Lutheran Church, Eggertsville.
The Rev. Charles G. Biegner Jr. performed the ceremony for the newly married couple, who will be at home in Buffalo.
The bride is the daughter of Beverly and Dan Mandaville of Olcott and the bridegroom is the son of Kathleen Schmidt of Town of Tonawanda and Wieslaw Schmidt of Maywood, N.J.
The bride is a graduate of Gannon University and has a master's degree in physician assistant studies from University of Nebraska.
She is a physician assistant with Service Medical, Springville, and is a member of the board of directors of Western New York Physician Assistant Association of New York State Society of Physician Assistants.
The bridegroom is a graduate of University at Buffalo and received a master of business administration degree from St. Bonaventure University.
A financial analyst, he is an assistant vice president of HSBC Bank.
